SHIPPING
Our shipping and processing charges cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items. Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center by USPS or UPS, to arrive in your home within 5-7 business days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items delivered to U.S. Territories are shipped via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post to ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please notify us of any damage upon receipt — we will arrange for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on custom or final sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
